•	TRIMETRIX We are licensed to administer and test TriMetrix has been developed for a multitude of business applications

•	LIFE STYLES INVENTORY (LSI) We are licensed to administer and analyse the Life Styles Inventory by Human Synergistics International. This highly validated instrument is excellent for Executive Coaching and Development purposes.

•	GROUP STYLES INVENTORY (GSI) We are licensed to administer and analyse the Group Styles Inventory by Human Synergistics International. This highly validated instrument is excellent to determine a team’s constructive styles and also help eliminate the aggressive-defensive and/or passive-defensive styles for effective team functioning.

•	ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE INVENTORY (OCI) The Organisational Culture Inventory® (OCI), based on more than twenty years of research into describing and measuring culture, is a powerful instrument that identifies current behavioural norms and sets prescriptions for successful change management.
